Everyone who posts on Cherry must own or have a license for everything in their post, including music. If your work is being used here without your permission, you can ask us to remove it.
What to include in a notice
- Your name and an email where we can reach you.
- The link to each post or profile on Cherry that uses your work.
- A description of the original work and a link to where it can be found.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
- A statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your signature. Typing your full name is enough.
What happens next
Our team reviews every notice. If the content uses your work without permission, we remove it, stop any gifts on it, and may add a strike to the account that posted it. We may share your name, email and notice with that person so they can respond.
Only send a notice for work you own or represent. Sending a notice you know is false may have legal consequences.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, or that you have permission to use the material, email copyright@cherry.fashion with the link to the post, why you think the removal was wrong, and your contact details.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that keep posting work they have no rights to lose the ability to receive gifts and are then suspended. See repeat violations in our Terms.
